First off, I must be honest, the theater experience was a major let down! We arrived at 940 but didn't get in until 1010, missing the 3-D movie. It's crucial to communicate that security may take a bit longer and advise patrons to arrive early. The email should clearly state that doors open an hour before the show.
An orderly fashion of getting people into the show is essential! Lines marked off with ropes would make things much easier and more organized. It's surprising that there hasn't been any fighting due to the chaos outside the theater.
Outside, a person was yelling instructions at us, reminiscent of a TSA agent. The approach of staff both before and after the show needs improvement. No one will be in the Holiday Spirit if they are being yelled at to leave.
